Wrong size or color? No stress - we've got you.
Unused, unopened Mirror Gear can be exchanged for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. Just cover the exchange shipping, and we'll get the right ones headed your way.
Damaged package, or we sent the wrong item? That's on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and Mirror Gear covers the cost of making it right.
One fair note: Mirror Gear is a hygiene product, so once a pack is opened it can't be exchanged - that's how we keep every cover safe for every practice. Exchanges are subject to availability.
